Our services are most

Every client and client project is unique and as
such, we do not "package" services. We customize

Outplacement Services
A general guide to your potential investment:
- Coaching sessions are structured in 15,
30, 45, or 60 minute increments. Investment is $300 per hour. Most clients choose to contract for weekly
sessions at first, and then as goals are met, to continue weekly or
bi-weekly, or monthly.
- Personal branding investment ranges
from $1500 to $3500+ depending upon depth of services selected.
- Elite executive resumes focusing on your
presidential message, unique value proposition, and value-add skills
start at $2500 for multi-page executive resumes and addenda. (Visit Advantage Resumes of New

- Executive personal marketing document creation
(letters, bios, employment proposals, etc.), begins at $525.(Visit

- Job search and personal
marketing pursuit strategies, research, coaching, and support.
Investment is $300 an hour for coaching. Research and other services
are calculated on a per-project basis.
- We accept MasterCard, Visa,
and Discover cards.
Our services are not
appropriate for rush jobs.
We work with only 30 to 40 select clients
each year, by design, so that each project is driven by quality and
attention, not speed.
We cannot and will not rush
the quality your career deserves. Remember the old "garbage in,
garbage out adage? You need time to think and work with us; we need time
to develop best in class strategies and materials.
Timelines for coaching can
be weeks or months. Branding work is a minimum of two weeks. Resume and
collateral creation is typically a four- to six-week+ project. Some
projects may run concurrently so timelines will overlap, making the total
project time less than the sum each process.
For example, a
typical branding and resume project might be 6 weeks, with concurrent job
search and interview coaching or career management coaching lasting a few
months or as needed.
